Registration Information

New & Returning Student Registration Dates:

  • Online registration will open on July 12th for returning students only.

  • July 19, 20, 22, and 23 from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm at both building offices for new and returning students

  • July 21st from 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm at both building office for new and returning students

**Families can register online & upload proof of residency or attend one of the above days to provide proof as well.

Dear Families,

Welcome back District 50 Wildcats! We hope everyone enjoyed their summer break. We hope you are well-rested, recharged, and ready for a reboot. Our staff is excited to start another new journey with every student. Please read through the following information for all of your key registration info.

District 50 Administration

The following items are necessary Items for the Registration of All Students. Please have them uploaded via Skyward or dropped off at our school offices.

  • Present a certified birth certificate (*or currently has one previously on file)

  • Provide 3 documents for proof of residency via Skyward upload or to the office. Click here for residency requirement information.

  • Have the appropriate Medical Forms submitted before the 1st day of school (Required forms for K, 2, 6, and out of state students are identified below)

*Students without proof of residency will be unable to enroll. Also, those without their physical, dental, vision, or immunization requirements as listed below may be excluded from school until proof of compliance with these requirements are met.

  2. Eye Exam Form (*Grade K)

  3. School Physical Form: English / Spanish (*Grades K & 6)

  4. Sports Physical Exam Form (*For Participation in any Extra-Curriculars)

  1. Asthma, Food Allergy, or Seizure Action Plans

  2. IESA Concussion- Parent Info Form

  3. Medication Authorization Form (for any medication taken at school)

Homeless Brochure & McKinney Vento Common Form. If you: live in a shelter or motel, share housing with relatives, live in a car or other non-fixed housing, or don't have a permanent address, please contact our Homeless Liaison for access to school resources and assistance.

Attendance Reporting

Beverly Manor students begin school at 7:45 am and dismiss at 2:15 pm, except for our Wednesday early out dismissals at 1:30 pm.

John L. Hensey students begin school at 8:15 am and dismiss at 2:45 pm, except for our Wednesday early out dismissals at 2:00 pm.

If your child will be absent, please call the attendance clerk at your child's school 30 minutes before each building's start time when possible. This helps us notify teachers and prepare requested work for pick-up.
