Is your child ready for the following school year? Kindergarten, second grade, and sixth grade have health requirements that are due PRIOR to the first day of the 24/25 school year. Start scheduling those appointments now. Tazewell County Health Department has listed the specific requirements as well as their information on vaccines and school physical clinics. These forms can be dropped off at the office, uploaded on Skyward during registration or emailed to your child’s school nurse. Please feel free to reach out with any questions; kmaas@d50schools.com
