The weather is heating up and so is the competition between our Wildcat grade levels. Each grade level is competing to win gold at this year's Field Day Olympics! Blindfolded egg carries, coconut bowling, musical chairs, and more.
We can't wait to find out who will be the winning grade level.
In other good news, we are elated to announce that 196 students were on this quarter's Honor or Merit roll lists. Congratulations on your hard work!

Just a friendly reminder to all of our students and families that tomorrow is the LAST DAY of school. Students will be dismissed at 11:00 from Beverly Manor; and 11:30 from John L. Hensey. Thank you all for a great school year, we hope to see you in August!

Do you have any Washington Panther spirit wear or old uniforms you no longer wear? Feel free to drop them off at Beverly Manor to contribute to the Washington High School Cheer Team Garage Sale. Drop off any of your items until the end of the school year. Also, make sure to check out their sale - details can be found below.

See the attached flyer for information on school health requirements for the next school year. The flyer also has information on how to schedule vaccine appoints at Tazewell County Health Department.
It may sound crazy to be thinking of this stuff now as we are just ending our school year but getting these things done early and out of the way is always good and makes for one less thing to do in August!!

We had so much fun in Science Club yesterday trying to make ice cream in a bag! Students learned a lesson on how in science sometimes things work out great and sometimes you have to chuckle at the results!
Join us next week so you don't miss out on Elephant Toothpaste! We hope to see you there.

MANOR & HENSEY BUSES: Back to our 4-BUS PLAN until further notice (see Monday afternoon message for the details). THANK YOU
