Boys Basketball for 7th & 8th Grade teams is having their tryouts on Monday, October 16 and Tuesday, October 17 from 7:00-8:30 in the Manor gym. Tryouts are open to boys 5th-8th grade, and you MUST have a current sports physical on hand to tryout.

We are one week into our District 50 PTC fall fundraiser, and we know there are quite a few kiddos excited for the Wildcat Day of Fun and all the prizes they can earn. Plus, did you know Mr. Zaiser and Mr. Sharp are offering a special incentive for a district fundraising goal? This fundraiser is so convenient because you don't have to sell anything! Proceeds go to help out classrooms, students, staff, and the community. Keep pushing towards those goals Wildcats!

We need your help! John L. Hensey's Wildcat Cares store wants to be able to provide a costume to students who don't have one. Starting today until October 13, we are seeking new or gently used, clean costumes that are school appropriate for ECE-3rd grade students. You can drop them off at John L. Hensey. Good evening Wildcat Family - we just wanted to let everyone know that District 50 PTC will be holding a donation fundraiser. All donations go to help support classroom and student needs, help facilitate field trips for enriching experiences for our students, and show our continued appreciation to staff, teachers, and our wonderful community! This fundraiser will take place from Monday, October 2nd - Friday, November 3rd. Students can earn a variety of prizes for donations received including a "Wildcat Day of Fun" in the spring, and even the principals have offered a special prize level for total donations for the district. We are specifically collecting this data to assist the City of Washington with their grant application to secure funding to complete a sidewalk in our school district as part of the Illinois Safe Routes to School Grant Program.
