Brody Mueck: Brody is a kind student who is friendly to everyone. He works hard in class and shows great enthusiasm for learning!
Ivy Johnson: Ivy is a hard-worker, always responsible, and is kind to everyone.
Alex Tolentino: Alex is a great student! He is kind to his classmates, works hard on all his assignments, and follows the Will of the Wildcat. I've really enjoyed having him in class this year.
Lilly Campbell: She always wants to help others (students and staff), she always gets her work done on time, she is a very hard worker and never complains
Brody Reardon: Brody always has a positive attitude and encourages other students to follow the rules. He is respectful to teachers and to his fellow students. He does his best on his work and completes it on time. I truly enjoy having Brody in my class!
Jackson Toon: Jackson always sticks around after band and helps me set up for 6th grade band. He's a great helper with a great attitude!
Jill Black-Lester: Commitment to solo musical work that went far beyond what was asked of her.
Raymond Jones: Raymond's behavior has done a complete 180 from previous months. His attitude is far more positive, and he is even more receptive to coaching when he makes mistakes, rather than shutting down. I am so pleased with his progress! He has even began coaching others by directing them to stay focused on their work! Huzzah!!!
Anthony Heyder: Anthony has improved his classwork and conduct throughout the year! He is helpful to teachers and tries to include others around him!
Sean Ferraro: Sean is a great, hard working student. He is kind to all his peers and teachers. You hardly ever see Sean with a frown on his face. He is genuinely a great student and an excellent asset to any classroom.
Audrey Taylor: Audrey has been a super star in the classroom, she has been on top of all assignments, top scorer for the grade's recent tests, and has been a leader within the classroom for her peers when it comes to their daily work and discussions.

Attention District 50 8th Grade Students,
If you are interested in trying out for the Washington High School dance team--the Pantherettes, please pick up tryout information from the main office. The first open gym technique session begins on Tuesday, April 5th from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the high school and the first clinic to learn the routine begins on Monday, April 18th from 3:30 to 5:15 p.m.
There will be many opportunities for incoming freshmen to participate on the team, and the season is filled with basketball performances, competitions, and many other special events that will enhance your high school experience. If you have questions, call the athletic office at Washington High School.

Submit $20 in an envelope with students name, grade, and teacher to Mrs. Tapling at Beverly Manor by May 1st. She will input orders the day that they are received. Hensey students can give their teacher the envelope, and they will get it to Mrs. Tapling.
