October kickstarts our Bullying Prevention & Awareness Month! Challenges will be shared throughout the month to "Stomp Out Bullying". Check out Manor's Challenge of the Week Step 1: Introduce yourself to 5 students in the school for at least a 2 min. conversation. Step 2: Write their name, grade, and 1 fact you learned about them on a notecard. Step 3: After all 5, turn it into Mr. Sharp by 8:30 on Oct. 7th for a raffle drawing. The winner will receive a Casey’s pizza to share with the 5 friends you met.

Hey boys and girls, check out these upcoming Baseball (free clinic) & Basketball camps ($20 fee) that are led by our very own Coach Pacelli and WCHS Basketball players. The Baseball clinic is open to 3rd-7th graders. The Basketball clinic is open to 1st-8th graders. Take a screenshot or print one of the attached flyers and reach out to the organizers to start registering for the events.

Mobile Food Distribution! When: Tuesday, October 5, 2021 Time: 4:30-6:00pm Where: Hensey playground- enter on west side, exit on east side Who: Anyone in need In partnership with the Peoria Area Food Bank, District 50 is offering a mobile food distribution (while supplies last). Simply arrive anytime between 4:30 and 6:00pm on Tuesday, October 5th. Pull into the Hensey back lot/playground and let us know how many boxes you need.
